Q: How much would it cost me for Dual Exhaust?

A: There are many variables that can save you money on your exhaust job. One of the high costs is what kind of muffler and tail pipe you want. Another thing to consider is if you want true dual exhaust or a cat back exhaust. A typical exhaust job ranges from $200.00 to $1200.00. At H & H Automotive we will help you design the exhaust job that fits your budget.

Q: "I think this is the problem with my car", or "Someone told me this was wrong with my car". How much will it cost to fix it?

A: We would be more than happy to give you an estimate on repairing your vehicle. Unlike experiences you may have had with other Automotive shops, we will not provide you with misleading estimates. We will fully diagnose the problem and construct an accurate estimate. H & H Automotive does not charge retail for parts, therefore saving you money.

Q: Recently I bought a set of tires elswhere at a reasonable price. But they gave me a high estimate with a lot of other services they suggested for my vehicle. What would this cost at H&H Automotive and do we really need all these extra services?

A: Many times customers will bring in high vehicle estimates they received from another shop where they may have gotten a good deal on tires. Our goal is not to make a 10 or 15 year old car into a "like new car". We believe your car should be safe on the road and dependable. This does not necessarily mean that your car needs a lot of work resulting in a higher cost for repairs and service. We will honestly evaluate your vehicle and notify you of the vital safety items you may want to have repaired/serviced in order to get the most out of your vehicle.

Q: Do I need an appointment to get my car in for repairs?

A: Yes! At H & H Automotive we work on a timely schedule. It is important to make an appointment for service in order to get your vehicle in and out in a timely manner.

Q: Do you have a loaner car available?

A: Yes! We have loaner cars for a small fee. Or we can arrange for a rental vehicle to be here when you drop off your car. We try to make having your vehicle serviced or repaired easy for you.
